Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final. Items are eligabel for an equal or greater exchange basis for a different size or style.
Items purchesd through Regatta Gear are elibable for exchange within 14 days of delivery.  We do not offer cash refunds. All items must be is in  thier original saleable condition, unworn, unused with tags and in the original packaging.  
A 50% restocking fee will apply for all sample requests.   
Do insure your package as we will not be responsible for uninsured packages. Shipping charges are not refundable. 
All exchanges must be labeled with a Return Exchange Authorization number.

Please enclose a copy of your original invoice.    Mark the EA # clearly on the outside of the box.

Note:  SAIL RACING  Due to the recent Goverment Tariffs All SAIL RACING branded merchandise will not be accepted for a return or cancellation once the order is placed.   

Note:  HELLY HANSEN  and  MUSTO  branded merchandise will be on an Exchange basis only and must be in the original plastic bag, along with all hang tags attached and unworn.

Note:  ROLEX BIG BOAT SERIES 2025 merchandise will be on an exchange basis only. And on All RBBS S/O (Special Order)  merchandise cancellations will not be accepted.

Note:  CUSTOM DECORATED merchandise will not be accepted for a return or cancellation once the design process as begun.

Note: CLOSEOUT merchandise and SALE Items are considered Final Sale and returns  exchanges will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your merchandise total. In-stock items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of your order. We regularly ship orders to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Caribbean and Western Europe.

Back Ordered Items

Note: Your order may contain back ordered items.  Regatta Gear will notify you by email as to the expected delivery date, and we will ship them as soon as they are available. You will receive a ship notification when they ship. Partial shipments may be made and you will be notified of the back-ordered items.
